My story

It all began with an illness that wouldn’t go away. Every trip to the doctor resulting in a ‘thumbs up’ “Labs are good” response. Not being one who likes to be slowed down, I began a very long journey of figuring out the root cause of my symptoms. I didn’t even know what Gluten was at the time!

20 years into this journey, my love for creating and eating delicious food has never waned. When I discovered how awful gluten free choices were back then, it was quite a disappointment. I set out to make a change in how gluten free options are perceived and the quality they can possess.

I began my bakery from home and when I outgrew it, I rented certified commercial kitchens to continue fulfilling the demand for quality gluten free items. Now we have been blessed with our own commercial kitchen in Coeur d’Alene and the sky is the limit!

I truly feel am living my dream and and feel blessed to serve my community. I hope you can taste the love in every bite.

Fillings & frostings made in house

All products are made onsite from scratch. No box mixes here

Most items can be custom ordered to serve special dietary needs (Most items are already dairy free)
